By accessing our website or registering for any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which together form the agreement between you and Arbutrix Moor.

• "Participant" refers to any individual who has enrolled in a Programme

• "Content" refers to all text, design, graphics, and other materials on the Website

2. Use of the Website

You may use this Website for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. In using this Website, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website

3. Programme Enrolment and Eligibility

Enrolment in a Programme is subject to:

• Completion of our enrolment process and receipt of a confirmation from Arbutrix Moor
• Payment of applicable programme fees in full prior to commencement, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing
• The participant being at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian

We reserve the right to decline any enrolment at our discretion, including where a programme is fully subscribed or where the enquiring individual's circumstances suggest the programme may not be a suitable fit at that time.

4. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation

Fees: Programme fees are as published on our Website at the time of enquiry. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Payment is due in full upon confirmation of enrolment unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer and such other methods as may be communicated to you during the enrolment process.

Cancellation by participant:

• Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before programme commencement are eligible for a full refund, less any administrative processing fee communicated at the time
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 calendar days before commencement are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before commencement are not eligible for a refund, except at our sole discretion in cases of documented medical emergency
• Transfers to an alternative programme cohort may be possible depending on availability — please contact us to discuss

Cancellation by Arbutrix Moor: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a programme session due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a later cohort.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants throughout any programme. Arbutrix Moor reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, where their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise contrary to a constructive learning environment.

Recording of live sessions, whether audio or video, is not permitted without prior written consent from Arbutrix Moor.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on this Website and all Materials provided as part of our Programmes are the intellectual property of Arbutrix Moor or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, or distribute such materials beyond the personal, non-commercial use permitted for programme participation.

You may not share, upload, sell, or otherwise distribute programme Materials — including workbooks, recordings, or notes produced by Arbutrix Moor — without prior written permission. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your programme access and potential legal action.

7. Educational Nature of Programmes — Important Notice

All programmes and materials provided by Arbutrix Moor are educational in nature. They are designed to improve financial knowledge and understanding — not to provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal counsel.

Nothing communicated by Arbutrix Moor — through its Website, Materials, facilitators, or any other channel — constitutes personal financial advice or a recommendation to purchase, hold, or sell any financial product or instrument.

Participants are strongly encouraged to consult appropriately licensed and regulated financial advisers before making decisions about their personal finances, investments, retirement planning, or estate matters. Arbutrix Moor holds no responsibility for financial decisions made by participants following their engagement with our programmes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Arbutrix Moor shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of income, profit, or opportunity arising from participation in or reliance on our programmes
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Website that are outside our reasonable control
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party information referenced in programme materials

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in connection with the relevant programme.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
